When is it needed?

• Serving evasive individuals who avoid answering the door

• Confirming a person’s residence or workplace

• Documenting activity for legal purposes

• Coordinating with attorneys or law enforcement for high-priority cases

Our Process:

1. We review the case details, identify patterns, and determine the best times and locations for observation.
2. Using discretion and experience, we monitor the location from an unmarked vehicle or on foot.
3. We take date and time-stamped notes, and capture photographs and/or video evidence.
4. If the target appears, we attempt service (when legally and strategically appropriate) or provide a detailed report to the client.

Pricing:

– $65/hour with a 2-hour minimum
– $.54 per mile if travel is required outside of central Iowa counties (see the twelve listed under process serving)
– $75/hour for after-hours and weekends
